After the symptoms are diagnosed, a nurse will assess your condition. If you agree to the dispatch of the Mobile clinic, please make a reservation and make payment through the reservation form on this website. For additional fees, please refer to the Online Consultation page and select the appropriate fee.

Cancellation Policy

・Services are by appointment only. Please contact us by phone +81-70-9126-3158 ・There is a fee for the service. If you have any questions, please feel free to check with us at the time of your appointment. ・Once reservation is confirmed, you will not be able to cancel.
